A peak summer dinner sponsored by Rosa Luna Mezcal that demonstrated the importance of connecting with the land. Hosted at Callisto Farms in upstate New York. Six Latinx chefs from around the country flew into New York to showcase their ancestral cooking skills by tapping into the materials on the farm. There was an underground oven that was built as well as a dome of hanging ingredients. Upon arrival guests were able to witness the underground oven being opened, ingredients taken off the dome, plated and then brought to their tables.
