CAMPO at Callisto farms
A peak summer dinner sponsored by Rosa Luna Mezcal that demonstrated the importance of connecting with the land. Hosted at Callisto Farms in upstate New York. Six Latinx chefs from around the country flew into New York to showcase their ancestral cooking skills by tapping into the materials on the farm. There was an underground oven that was built as well as a dome of hanging ingredients.
