Supper Club at The James Beard House
An event in collaboration with the Pioneer Works at The James Beard House. A peak summer dinner showcasing local farm to table cuisine rooted in Mexico and California. All produced provided by an organic local farm that practices regenerative agriculture. Attendees ranged from Culinary historians and philanthropists to heavy hitters in the F&B and fashion industry. Botanical sculptures in collaboration with Lutfi Janania of Rosalila.
