Tony Ortiz is a New York City based culinary artist from Northern California. He offers chef services, event production, food styling and recipe development. Tony has 6 years of professional cooking experience and was trained at the Institute of Culinary Education NYC

He has worked in the West Coast kitchens of Dominica Rice of Bombera and formerly Chez Panisse, Nite Yun of Nyum Bai which was named Times 100 “Worlds Greatest Places to visit”as well as New York City’s legendary food institution Le Bernardin.
